In the event that any server IP address assigned to the Client is listed in SpamHaus, Abuse.ch, URLHaus, or any comparable blacklist, the Service Provider reserves the right to immediately suspend the affected server without prior notice.
Terms and Conditions of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1 IP Blacklisting
2 Prohibited Activities
The Client shall refrain from engaging in any unlawful or unauthorized activity that may expose the assigned IP address, including, but not limited to, malware distribution.
If the Client uses third-party servers, proxy networks, or similar services to conceal the origin of such activities, such activity shall not be attributed to the Client's use of the Service Provider's resources.
3 DMCA Reports
The Service Provider shall only process Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices or equivalent copyright infringement claims originating from within the jurisdiction of the Slovenia. Notices submitted from outside this jurisdiction shall not be processed.
4 Compliance with Applicable Law
The Client shall at all times comply with the laws and regulations of the Slovenia. Any activity targeting governmental entities or related institutions, whether domestic or foreign, is expressly prohibited.
5 Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Attacks
The use of any Service for initiating, participating in, or facilitating Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks is strictly prohibited and shall constitute grounds for immediate suspension or termination of Service.
6 Fair Usage Policy
While bandwidth is provided without predetermined limits, usage is subject to a fair use policy. In cases where the Client's consumption of network resources is deemed excessive and detrimental to overall service performance, the Service Provider reserves the right to apply manual limitations to the affected VPS or dedicated server.
7 Network Scanning
The Client acknowledges that anti-DDoS protection mechanisms are active on the Service Provider's infrastructure. Such protections may interfere with port scanning or similar activities, and the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any resulting limitations. Disabling anti-DDoS protection is not permitted.
8 Governmental or Law Enforcement Abuse Reports
Should the Service Provider receive an abuse report from governmental bodies, law enforcement agencies, or similar authorities, the Service Provider will liaise with the Client to determine the most appropriate resolution, subject to applicable laws.
9 Protection of Infrastructure
The Client shall not engage in any activity intended to disrupt, degrade, or compromise the integrity or availability of the Service Provider's infrastructure, including but not limited to denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
